Roll to Roll vacuum sputtering technology is a type of semiconductor manufacturing process. Positive ions in the plasma are used to hit the target material, sputtering out atoms of the target material and allowing the sputtered atoms to deposit on the surface of the substrate to achieve the purpose of coating.

Topnano utilizes this technology to produce a wide range of processed materials such as flexible electrode materials, functional polymer films with metallic properties, composite metal foils and ITO transparent conductive films.

Topnano's roll-to-roll sputtering process utilizes a plasma modification function. In addition to surface cleaning of flexible substrate materials, plasma modification provides hydrophilic/hydrophobic surface modification of polymer materials and adhesion improvement.
