Comparison of cooling effect between heat source side and material side after applying graphite copper foil on SSD.
Test material name : Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal FilmThis SSD cooling experiment is to test the cooling effect on the IC side of the heat source and the test piece of the laptop after the Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film is attached.
Test piece size: 100um thickness. Area: 20mm*20mm. Ambient temperature 30℃.
Adhesive tape used for test piece: 3M™ non-substrate double-sided tape 467MP (thickness 60um)
We used Crystaldiskmark test software to test the temperature change of the IC by writing or reading at a fixed load of about 1500~1600MB/sec for three times each.
*Test of Writing Result (The following temperatures are the average of three times tests) :
Laptops without thermal material (77.1℃)> 100um Copper foil+Nickel+Chromium(70.8℃)>100um Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film (64.6℃)
Topnano's 100um Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film has excellent cooling effect of about 10~12℃.
*Reading test results (The average of three times tests is used for the following temperatures).
Laptops without thermal material (66.8℃)> 100um Copper foil+Nickel+Chromium(61.5℃)>100um Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film (56.3℃)
Topnano's 100um Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film has excellent cooling effect of about 9~10℃.
