LED brightness enhancement sheet: Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film

This picture introduces the application examples of Topnano’s Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film used in flat LED heat dissipation and brightening luminous effects. ​
 
The luminous efficiency of LEDs will rapidly decrease as the temperature increases, causing significant light attenuation, causing damage and reducing the life of the LEDs. Therefore, in LED packaging, in order to improve the life and reliability of LEDs, the temperature and heat dissipation issues of LEDs should be considered. ​
 
Topnano’s Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film not only reduces the LED temperature when used in LED heat dissipation, it also has the effect of increasing the LED brightness. The cooling effect varies depending on the thickness and area used. In principle, the thicker and the larger the area, the better the cooling and lighting effects!
 
*Under 300mW driving power, after using Topnano’s Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film, the LED brightness is 10.7% higher than before use. The greater the power, the more obvious the cooling and lighting effects are.
