Introduction of common Hard Coating treatment on ITO film

Hard Coating, referred to as HC, is a surface hardening treatment technology that enhances the hardness of the coated material to form a scratch-resistant effect.
 
The main application of Hard Coating technology on ITO thin films is to coat a hardened layer on the surface of soft transparent substrates such as PET Film, which can enhance the adhesion of the post-processing coating process.
 
In addition to the anti-scratch effect, various HC coatings have different effects, examples are as follows:
*AG HC=Anti-Glare Hard Coating, with anti-glare function, hardening treatment with matte appearance.
 
*Clear HC=Clear Hard Coating, the anti-scratch hardening treatment of general glossy surface, has the function of high transparency + high hardness, and hardening treatment to reduce interference pattern.
 
*AB HC=Anti-Blocking Hard Coating, which reduces the self-adhesiveness of the surface of the product and has a hardening treatment with anti-sticking effect.
 
*IM HC=Index-Matching Hard Coating, hardened with anti-reflection effect.
